Suppliers want to work with StG Services because our unmatched communications improves the supply & delivery process. StG Services plans projects which include early involvement of suppliers to ensure supply's are available when needed without asking the supplier to jump through hoops.
"Communications" - StG Services offers unmatched communications that cover all aspects of a project. They include good listening skills and good two-way communications between StG Services and the suppliers assigned to particular projects. StG Services must supply all the necessary project material requirements to the supplier in a timely manner. The supplier must keep StG Services up to date on material delivery status, delivery schedule changes, and also use their expertise to suggest the most adequate material for the particular project. This is all made possible through our use of all available communication methods (Internet, phone, cell phone, email, mail, facsimile, face to face, etc.).
The supplier profile will identify the preferred method of contact for each individual supplier and this will be used by StG Services to ensure adequate communications with the supplier while ensuring the least amount of disruption to the supplier.
