The customer makes initial contact through the
customer submission

An Auto-Reply is sent back to the customer (this
verifies receipt by StG Services & explains how & when
StG Services will formally reply)

StG Services makes contact with the customer
through the preferred communication method noted on the customer
submission form

StG Services then schedules a meeting with the
customer to discuss the proposed project in detail & determine
its feasibility

If the project is determined to be feasible
and the customer wants a quote, StG Services will perform a
design study and cost analysis

This typically requires a commitment by
the customer

The customer registers with StG Services
where a User Name & Password are assigned

The customer can now access project information
online

Once the design study and cost analysis are
complete, the customer determines if they want to move forward
with the project, if the customer decides to go forward with
the project, StG Services initiates an online project, if the
customer decides not to go forward with the project, StG Services
saves the data for 12 months

If the project goes forward, an online contract
will be submitted to the customer for approval

StG Services selects the contractors & suppliers
to perform the project
-
Contractors and Suppliers are given limited
access to the project so they can access project information
online
-
StG Services generates and/or loads project
information such as design drawings, schedules, other project
documents, etc.

StG Services manages & monitors the project
to completion using the StG Services online process

The customer is encouraged to rate both the
project and contractors used on a project.
